Hi, I'm Hector. I’m a husband and father, my work as a therapist is deeply shaped by both my family life and my upbringing as the son of Salvadoran immigrants. I've been in the field since 2015 working with diverse populations. I specialize in supporting men—especially new fathers—who are navigating challenges like depression, grief, and trauma. Moreover, I know firsthand how stigma can make it difficult for men to seek help, because I’ve seen it in my own culture.

In addition to therapy, I provide immigration psychosocial evaluations for hardship, asylum, and other types of cases. Whether it’s through therapy or immigration evaluations, my goal is the same: to offer empathetic support and a safe space where people can feel respected, and seen.
